Tempestra, Dame of Games would shine in an artifact-heavy red deck that can consistently generate expendable artifacts (Treasure, Clue, Blood, or cheap artifact tokens) and that plays high-impact creatures with strong ETB or attack triggers—think a red-based artifact combo, Izzet artifact-tempo, or even a Treasure-focused Commander build.
