Padeem, Consul of Innovation would be a valuable addition to an artifact-heavy deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing protection with hexproof and card draw potential. Decks focused on artifacts, such as artifact control or artifact ramp strategies, would benefit greatly from Padeem's abilities. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects or better utility in certain situations, Padeem's unique combination of hexproof and card draw makes it a strong contender for inclusion in artifact-themed decks and could definitely see play in the right build.
