A Boros aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from including Relentless Raptor due to its aggressive nature and vigilance ability, allowing it to attack without tapping and block on the following turn. However, there are better options for this type of deck, such as Adanto Vanguard, which offers more versatility and protection. While Relentless Raptor could see play in a budget deck or as a filler card, it may not be the optimal choice for a competitive Boros aggro strategy.
