A deck that focuses on milling the opponent's library would benefit from including Scalpelexis, as it can help accelerate the process by exiling multiple cards at once. However, in a competitive setting, there are more efficient mill cards available such as Hedron Crab or Archive Trap, which can have a bigger impact on the opponent's library in a shorter amount of time. Scalpelexis could still see play in a more casual or themed deck, but may not be the optimal choice for a highly competitive mill strategy.
