While Second Chance can be a fun and unique card to include in a deck, there are more efficient win conditions available in competitive Magic: The Gathering play, such as combo pieces or powerful planeswalkers. Therefore, Second Chance may not see much play in highly competitive decks, but it can certainly be a fun and interesting addition to more casual or themed decks.
