Sol Talisman would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on mana ramp and acceleration, particularly in decks that can take advantage of colorless mana. While it provides a steady source of colorless mana, there are more efficient mana rocks available in Magic: the Gathering such as Sol Ring or Mana Crypt that offer immediate mana advantage without the delay of suspending. However, in slower, more controlling decks that can afford to wait for the mana boost, Sol Talisman could see play as a budget-friendly alternative.
