Starlight Spectacular would be a great addition to a white weenie or token-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can provide a significant boost to multiple creatures before combat. However, there are arguably better cards for similar effects, such as Honor of the Pure or Glorious Anthem, which provide a static bonus rather than a temporary one. While Starlight Spectacular can be fun and flavorful, its situational nature may limit its competitive viability in constructed formats.
