A deck that focuses on card advantage and control would benefit from using Three Wishes in Magic: the Gathering. While Three Wishes can provide a temporary advantage by allowing you to play cards from exile, it may not be as efficient as other cards that offer similar effects, such as Dig Through Time or Fact or Fiction, which allow you to choose specific cards to keep. However, Three Wishes could see play in decks that have ways to manipulate the top of their library or have synergies with exiled cards.
