**Turtles in Time** is a seven‑mana blue reset spell that best fits in slower control or “reset/combo control” decks that can leverage mass bounce while being less reliant on creatures themselves—especially decks that generate value from recasting ETB creatures, replaying mana rocks, or refilling after dumping fast mana and spells into the graveyard. The wheel‑and‑graveyard shuffle effect can disrupt graveyard strategies and partially reset opponents, but because it gives *each* player seven new cards, it’s symmetrical and risky unless you’re built to benefit first (for example with floating mana, Narset effects, or Notion Thief‑style synergies in non‑Standard formats). At seven mana, however, it competes with far more efficient and often stronger options: **Cyclonic Rift** is generally better due to asymmetry and instant speed; **Devastation Tide** and **Evacuation** are cheaper mass‑bounce options; and true sweepers like **Farewell** or **Supreme Verdict** often provide more permanen
