This card, Vivify, would be beneficial in a green-based aggro deck looking to surprise opponents with a temporary creature while also replenishing its hand. Vivify could be a fun and unexpected inclusion in casual play or themed decks, but it may not see much play in more competitive settings due to its limitations.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
