World Championship decks leaked, and participants reverberate

The MTGMelee platform accidentally made the lists available during this Tuesday morning, three days before the start of the greatest competitive event of the season.

The decklists of the sixteen contestants for World Championship were mistakenly made available on the MTGMelee website this morning, three days before the start of the greatest competitive event of the season. This accident had negative repercussions between event participants and other famous players:

MTGMelee corrected the error a few hours later, closing the event decklists and commenting on what happened:

“A miscommunication from the Melee team resulted in the #MTGWorlds decklists being published early this morning. We know that this mistake affects each of the players. We apologize to everyone affected by this error.”
