Através do Twitter, o Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa informou que o Mythic Championship IV foi o último torneio como membro do time competitivo da ChannelFireball. Ele escrevia a mais de 10 anos artigos no site. A carreira de Paulo Vitor ficará na história. Ele se tornou o jogador mais jovem a chegar a 300 Pontos Pro. Foi eleito para o Magic: The Gathering Hall of Fame em 2012 como o primeiro jogador da América do Sul e tem 12 finalizações de Pro Tour Top 8 (com duas vitórias entre elas).

A ChannelFireball agradeceu publicamente a participação do PV. Paulo Vitor já confirmou por twitter que não está desistindo do Magic, mas apenas se desafiliando da Channel Fireball. Ainda é membro da MPL e é instrutor na Spikes Academy.
