Wizards of the Coast announced this Thursday (4) that part of the product line for the Magic: The Gathering® | Marvel Super Heroes set will face delays due to production and shipping issues. The impact varies by region. Play Boosters, Collector Boosters, and Prerelease Packs have not been affected and will arrive on time for Prerelease events (June 17) and the official launch (June 24).In North America, the delayed products are: Bundles, Commander decks (standard version), Jumpstart Boosters, Collector's Edition Commander decks (scheduled for after launch), and Welcome Decks. Welcome Decks will have prioritized quantities for stores that scheduled Avengers Academy events.In Asia‑Pacific, only the Collector's Edition Commander decks will arrive after the June 24 launch. All other products are on schedule.In Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, delays affect English Commander decks, French, German, Italian, and Spanish Commander decks, Italian and Spanish Beginner Boxes, Collector's Edition Commander decks, Beginner Boxes, Scene Boxes, and Welcome Decks. Delayed products may arrive after Prerelease events.In Japan, only the Collector's Edition Commander decks will be delayed.In Latin America, Jumpstart Boosters, Bundles, Commander decks (standard version), and Collector's Edition Commander decks may see partial delays. Commander decks will arrive in two waves: the first in time for launch, the second afterward. Other products are on schedule.The company stated that timelines are fluid and that logistics teams are working to speed up deliveries.
