Esta carta, Confundir, sería beneficiosa en un mazo de control o tempo que tiene como objetivo proteger a sus criaturas y perturbar la estrategia del oponente. Si bien Confundir es una opción decente para contrarrestar hechizos que apuntan a criaturas y proporcionar ventaja de cartas, hay opciones mejores como Fuga de maná o Perforar hechizo que ofrecen una interrupción de hechizos más versátil y eficiente. Sin embargo, Confundir aún podría verse en ciertos metajuegos o mazos de presupuesto donde su habilidad específica es valiosa.

Confound doesn’t resolve if the targeted spell has been countered or does not still target one or more permanents that are still creatures and are still on the battlefield. Confound is different from other such spells in that it actually specifies that the spell must target a creature, not just be able to target a creature or that the spell has a certain number of targets.
