Un mazo enfocado en estrategias agresivas que buscan controlar el tablero del oponente se beneficiaría al incluir a Fiend Binder. Aunque la habilidad de Fiend Binder para atacar a una criatura defensora puede ser útil para despejar el camino para los ataques, hay opciones potencialmente mejores disponibles como Banisher Priest, que exilia a la criatura objetivo en lugar de simplemente atacarla. Si Fiend Binder debería verse en juego dependería de la estrategia específica y la sinergia dentro del mazo, así como la efectividad general de su habilidad en el metajuego actual.
