Aunque ofrece una forma única de limitar las opciones de ataque de tu oponente, es probable que haya opciones mejores disponibles, como cartas que impiden directamente que las criaturas ataquen o bloqueen. En general, Lucha o Huida puede que no se vea mucho en mazos competitivos de Magic: The Gathering debido a su alto coste y naturaleza situacional en comparación con cartas de control más eficientes.

Creatures which enter the battlefield (or cards which become creatures) after the beginning of combat ability resolves are not placed in either pile. Since they weren’t in the chosen pile, they won’t be able to attack.
