About Tenured Tethermage
Tenured Tethermage, Creature — human artificer, designed by Viktor Fetsch first released in setembre del 2026 in the set Reality Fracture and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Tenured Tethermage would fit best in a casual Gruul (red-green) artifact, sacrifice, or +1/+1-counter deck—especially one using **Crucible of Worlds**, **Ramunap Excavator**, landfall payoffs, or artifact-sacrifice synergies—but sacrificing a land is a very high cost, and the Heartwood tokens enter tapped, meaning you usually wait a turn before receiving mana or counters; without a strong way to recover sacrificed lands, this card is slow and vulnerable to removal. **Tireless Provisioner** is generally better for ramp because it creates Treasures from landfall without costing you lands, while **Fable of the Mirror-Breaker** provides stronger overall value and **Arcbound Ravager** is a better artifact-based counter engine; in Commander or casual builds Tethermage could be enjoyable as a synergy piece, but it probably should not see competitive Constructed play unless its power/toughness and surrounding support are unusually strong.
