Creatures can only return to the battlefield with one type of counter, choose a -1/-1 or +1/+1 counter
When Corridor Monitor returns to the battlefield, untap Cauldron of Souls
Repeat the process, alternating the type of counter given to Corridor Monitor so that it always returns to the battlefield.
