With all cards in play and Cryptic Telobite with two or more counters:
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Cryptic Trilobite to add two mana
Pay one mana to activate the Ghave's ability, remove a +1/+1 counter from Ghave to create a Saproling token
Cathars' Crusade's ability will trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
Repeat the process for infinite tokens and infinite mana.
