Renata's ability will trigger, and the token will enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
Pay one mana and remove the +1/+1 token counter to create another token with Ghave.
Sacrifice the token with no +1/+1 counters with Ashnod's Altar to add two colorless mana
Repeat process for infinite mana
With infinite mana, it is possible to make infinite tokens.
