With all three cards in play:
Sacrifice Mindslaver to take control of the opponent's turn
Activate Mistveil Plains' ability to put Mindslaver back to the bottom of your library.
Play your opponent's turn
Then activate Sisay's ability to tutor Mindslaver from your deck to the battlefield
Sacrifice Mindslaver to take control of the opponent's turn.
Repeat the process to control your opponent's turn repeatedly.
