Body of Knowledge's ability will trigger, and you'll draw a card
Niv-Mizzet's ability will trigger again, deal 1 damage to Body of Knowledge
Since Body of Knowledge gets +1/+1 for each card in your hand, it won't die from the damage.
Repeat the process for infinite draw.
