Cast Emergent Ultimatum, choose Enter the infinite, Dream Halls and Omniscience.
Option 1 = If opponent chooses to return to Dream Halls to the deck, cast Omniscience and Enter the Infinite draw the entire deck. Play the entire deck and win the game.
Option 2 = If the opponent chooses Omniscience, Play Dream Halls and Enter the infinite and draw the entire deck, then use Dream Halls's ability to cast Omniscience.
Option 3 = If opponent chooses Enter the Infinite, cast
Omniscience and Dream Halls. In this case, you will need a tutor to search for Enter the Infinite and play it without paying its mana cost.
