A deck that focuses on card advantage and control strategies would benefit from using Choice of Fortunes, as it allows for consistent card draw and manipulation. While Choice of Fortunes can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available such as Ancestral Recall or Brainstorm, which provide more immediate and powerful card advantage. However, for a more casual or budget deck, Choice of Fortunes could still see play as a fun and unique addition to the strategy.
