This card, Rowen, would benefit a deck focused on ramping and drawing cards, especially in a green-based deck with a high density of basic lands. While Rowen can provide incremental card advantage, there are potentially better options like Courser of Kruphix or Oracle of Mul Daya that offer similar effects with additional benefits, making Rowen less likely to see play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks.
