Retain priority and cast Dualcaster Mage, copy Snap
Hazoret's Monument ability will trigger, you can draw a card and discard a card.
With the copy of Snap, return Dualcaster Mage to your hand and untap izzet Boilerworks and one more land
Before the original Snap resolves, tap Izzet Boilerworks another land that adds red mana and cast Dualcaster Mage again.
Repeat the process for infinite mana and infinite draw.
