Een deck gericht op artefacten en mana-versnelling zou baat hebben bij het opnemen van Wind-Kin Raiders, omdat het efficiënter kan worden gecast met de improvisatievaardigheid. Er zijn echter potentieel betere opties beschikbaar in termen van kracht en veelzijdigheid, zoals Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge of Sai, Master Thopterist. Of Wind-Kin Raiders het spel moeten zien, hangt af van de specifieke strategie en synergie van het kaartspel, omdat dit niet altijd de optimale keuze is in vergelijking met andere beschikbare opties.
