Die Karte „Guardian Idol“ könnte einem aggressiven, auf Artefakten basierenden Deck zugute kommen, das nach einer zusätzlichen Mana-Rampe und einer potenziellen Kreaturenbedrohung sucht. Es gibt jedoch bessere Optionen wie „Mana Vault“ oder „Mana Crypt“ für eine schnellere Manabeschleunigung oder „Walking Ballista“ für eine vielseitigere Kreaturenbedrohung.
