Persist's ability will trigger, return it to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter and a Vigilance counter
Abzan Ascendancy's ability will trigger, create a 1/1 Spirit token
Activate Tayam's ability by removing the three counters from your permanents and retain priority, respond by sacrificing Putrid Goblin and the Spirit token to add four mana.
Putrid Goblin will return to the battlefield and another token will be created.
With Tayam's ability, mill three cards and return a permanent from your graveyard to the battlefield
Repeat the process.
