About Conviction
Conviction, Enchantment — aura, designed by Paolo Parente first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.50.
This card, Conviction, would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Aggro deck, as the +1/+3 boost can help to bolster the power and toughness of a key creature for aggressive strategies. However, there are better options like Gryff's Boon which provides flying in addition to a boost, making it more versatile and impactful in various situations. While Conviction could see play in specific budget or casual decks, it may not be a top choice in more competitive environments due to its limited effect compared to other options available.
Rules
12/07/18
Players don’t have priority to cast spells and activate abilities between combat damage being assigned and being dealt. This means that if you want to return Conviction to its owner’s hand before combat damage is dealt, you must do so before combat damage is assigned (and the creature will no longer get +1/+3).
