About Infinity Formula
Infinity Formula, Artifact — equipment, designed by Alix Branwyn first released in Jun, 2026 in the set Marvel Super Heroes Commander.
Infinity Formula would fit best in a white-based aggressive or midrange creature deck—especially one that goes wide with small creatures or uses evasive threats (like flyers) that can reliably attack to gain incremental life, such as in Selesnya tokens, mono-white aggro, or lifegain-synergy decks that care about repeated life triggers. However, at three mana total before it meaningfully impacts combat (2W to cast, plus usually 2 to re-equip later), it’s relatively slow and low-impact compared to stronger options: **Maul of the Skyclaves** provides an immediate power boost plus flying and first strike for similar cost, **Loxodon Warhammer** offers trample and lifelink for much stronger life swings, **Shadowspear** is cheaper and more versatile, and even **Sword of Fire and Ice**–style equipment far outclass it in value. Because Infinity Formula only grants +1/+2 and a modest 2 life per attack, it’s generally underpowered for competitive Constructed play and would likely only see play in
