A deck focused on sacrificing creatures and generating value from death triggers, such as a black sacrifice deck or an aristocrats-style deck, would benefit from using Kuon, Ogre Ascendant. While Kuon can be powerful in the right deck, there are potentially better options like Liliana, Dreadhorde General or Grave Pact that offer more immediate value and flexibility, making Kuon a situational card that may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
