This card, Mind Ravel, would be beneficial in a discard-focused deck looking to disrupt the opponent's hand and maintain card advantage. While it provides a slight advantage with the card draw, there are more efficient options like Hymn to Tourach or Liliana's Triumph that offer stronger discard effects or additional benefits. However, for a budget or casual deck, Mind Ravel could still see play as a decent inclusion for its utility in disrupting the opponent's strategy.
