About Onslaught
Onslaught, Spell, designed by Kudos Productions first released in Jul, 2026 in the set Vendetta.
Onslaught looks best in aggressive or tempo-oriented Might-based decks that want to push damage through with a single attacker, punish blocks, or turn any medium-sized unit into a sudden finisher, and its biggest appeal is the `Flow` mode because getting a reusable +6 Might effect from trash can give reach in grindier games; that said, paying 4 for a one-turn pump is usually inefficient unless your deck specifically values burst lethality, graveyard/trash play, or spell-trigger synergies, so midrange and control decks usually will not want it. Without a broader card pool, I would generally rate cheaper combat tricks, permanent buffs, or removal higher than Onslaught because they tend to create better tempo and card efficiency, and if your format has a lower-cost pump spell or a card that both buffs and grants evasion/protection, that would usually be the better option. Overall, Onslaught is probably a niche playable rather than a staple: worth considering in all-in aggro or Flow-synerg
