About Putrefax
Putrefax, Creature — phyrexian horror, designed by Steven Belledin first released in May, 2020 in the set Scars of Mirrodin. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.71. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and aims to win quickly would benefit from including Putrefax, especially in an Infect-themed deck where dealing poison counters is key. While Putrefax's trample, haste, and Infect abilities make it a powerful threat, its drawback of being sacrificed at the end step limits its long-term effectiveness. There are potentially better options like Blightsteel Colossus or Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon that offer more consistent threats in Infect decks, but Putrefax could still see play in certain niche strategies.
Rules

A player who has ten or more poison counters loses the game. This is a state-based action.
01/01/11

01/01/11
The -1/-1 counters remain on the creature indefinitely. They’re not removed if the creature regenerates or the turn ends.
