A deck that focuses on mana ramp and color fixing would benefit from including Quirion Elves, as it provides flexibility in producing both green mana and mana of a chosen color. While Quirion Elves is a solid choice for such a deck, there are arguably better options available, such as Birds of Paradise or Noble Hierarch, which offer additional benefits like flying or exalted triggers. However, Quirion Elves could still see play in certain budget or theme decks where its abilities align well with the strategy.
