Radioactive Man (4B) is a strong finisher for a mono‑black or Golgari midrange/control deck that focuses on removal, hand disruption, and evasion to clear the way for a single devastating combat hit—deathtouch makes him an excellent deterrent/blocker, while the “lose half their life, rounded up” trigger scales brutally in Commander, especially with evasion (Whispersilk Cloak), menace-granting effects, or reanimation shells that cheat him out early.
