About Serrated Arrows

Serrated Arrows, Artifact, designed by David A. Cherry first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands and was printed exactly in 16 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.31.

Serrated Arrows could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on weakening opponent's creatures over time, particularly in a format where -1/-1 counters are effective. While it offers a gradual removal option, it may not be as efficient as other removal spells like Fatal Push or Lightning Bolt, which provide immediate impact. Its usefulness could depend on the specific metagame and strategy of the deck, but it may not be a top choice for competitive play unless the -1/-1 counters synergy is crucial to the deck's strategy.

Rules

08/01/08

The upkeep trigger checks the number of counters at the start of upkeep, and only goes on the stack if there are no arrowhead counters at that time. It will check again on resolution, and will do nothing if you’ve somehow manage to get a new arrowhead counter on the Arrows.
