About Sinking Feeling
Sinking Feeling, Enchantment — aura, designed by Ron Brown first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.51. It's a key card in 3 combos.
A control deck that focuses on tapping down and disabling opponent's creatures would benefit from using Sinking Feeling. While it can be a useful tool to keep key threats tapped down, there are better options available such as Claustrophobia or Sleep that provide more impactful effects for a similar cost. Sinking Feeling may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its limited utility compared to other options.
Rules

Sinking Feeling grants the untap ability to the creature it’s enchanting. Only the creature’s controller can activate that ability, not Sinking Feeling’s controller.
