While Slippery Karst is a decent option for mana fixing and cycling, there are better alternatives such as Tranquil Thicket and Forgotten Cave which provide additional utility with their cycling abilities. Slippery Karst could see play in casual or budget decks, but in more competitive settings, other land cards may offer more versatility and power.
