A deck focused on aggressive sliver creatures that rely on attacking would benefit from using Sliver of Hope, as it provides a protective effect for all attacking slivers. However, there are better options available such as Crystalline Sliver which provides all slivers with shroud, protecting them from being targeted by spells or abilities. Sliver of Hope could see play in a casual or themed sliver deck, but for competitive play, other sliver cards may be more impactful.
