Aladdin's Lamp, Artifact, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.98.
This card could benefit a control deck looking to manipulate its library and draw specific cards. However, there are better options like Sensei's Divining Top or Brainstorm that provide more consistent card selection and advantage. Aladdin's Lamp may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high cost and randomness compared to more efficient alternatives.

If you use more than one Lamp effect, the second one will end up replacing the card being drawn with the first one.
