Atlantis Attacks would fit best in a blue tempo or token-based midrange deck that can reliably produce multiple creatures to enable Teamwork 4, such as a blue creature swarm shell (possibly with blue-white flyers or blue-green ramp creatures), because tapping creatures to reduce the opportunity cost makes the modal effect much stronger—either generating a sizable hexproof threat or bouncing two nonland permanents for a big tempo swing; however, at seven mana this effect is quite slow compared to existing options, as cards like **Cyclonic Rift** (which can bounce all opponents’ nonland permanents at instant speed), **Aether Gale**, or even **Hullbreaker Horror** provide more powerful or game-ending impact for similar or lower opportunity cost, and token generators like **Shark Typhoon** create threats more flexibly, so while Atlantis Attacks is versatile and potentially strong in a casual or Commander environment that can exploit the modal value and creature tapping, it is likely too ex
