Illuminated Folio, Artifact, designed by Jim Pavelec first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.78.
A deck that focuses on card advantage and has a consistent color theme would benefit from including Illuminated Folio. Decks with a high density of cards of the same color would find this card useful for drawing additional cards. However, there are potentially better options available, such as cards that provide card draw without the need for specific card color requirements or at a more efficient cost. Whether Illuminated Folio should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it is being considered for.

The two revealed cards stay revealed until the ability resolves. If one of them is played, is discarded, or otherwise leaves your hand, the ability will still resolve as normal.
