Seismic Stomp, Sorcery, designed by Chase Stone first released in Jul, 2013 in the set Magic 2014 and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.04.
This card would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck looking to push through damage quickly by preventing creatures without flying from blocking. However, there are better options such as Pyroclasm or Anger of the Gods for board control, and cards like Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning for direct damage. While Seismic Stomp can have its uses in certain situations, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play compared to other options available.

No creature without flying will be able to block that turn, including creatures that lose flying after Seismic Stomp resolves and creatures without flying that enter the battlefield after Seismic Stomp resolves.
