About Avengers Disassembled

Avengers Disassembled, Sorcery, designed by David Szabo first released in Jun, 2026 in the set Marvel Super Heroes and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

Avengers Disassembled would fit best in a red midrange or control deck that wants flexible interaction against creature-heavy decks while occasionally disrupting greedy mana bases, since it can function as a small sweeper against aggro or a land-disruption spell versus slower decks; however, at 1RR and sorcery speed, it competes with stronger options—**Anger of the Gods** is generally better as a 3-damage sweeper because it exiles creatures, **Sweltering Suns** offers cycling for flexibility, and for land disruption, **Stone Rain** (if pure destruction is desired) or **Cleansing Wildfire** (which replaces itself and can be used strategically) are often more efficient. Because the land-destruction mode replaces the land and ramps the opponent (albeit tapped), and the damage mode misses larger creatures, this card is likely too underpowered for competitive formats but could see niche sideboard play in casual or lower-power metas where flexibility is more valuable than raw efficiency.
