Bargain is a versatile card that would fit well in a life-gain or control deck, particularly those that aim to outlast opponents by leveraging life advantage while drawing cards. Its ability to gain 7 life can be especially beneficial in decks that utilize synergies with life gain, like those featuring cards such as Ajani's Pridemate or Serra Ascendant. However, there are arguably better options, such as Sorin, Solemn Visitor, which not only provides life gain but also boosts your creatures, or Altar of Dementia for a more aggressive strategy. While Bargain can be useful, it may not see widespread play compared to more impactful cards that offer immediate board presence or more significant life gain.
