Bioshift, Instant, designed by Scott Chou first released in Feb, 2013 in the set Gatecrash. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.50.

A deck that focuses on +1/+1 counters, such as a Simic (G/U) counters deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from including Bioshift. This card can be particularly useful in transferring counters from a creature that may be targeted for removal to a safer or more threatening creature. While Bioshift is a unique and situational card, there are arguably better options like Solidarity of Heroes or Simic Ascendancy that provide more versatile or powerful effects for a similar cost, making Bioshift less likely to see regular play in competitive decks.

If one of the two creatures is an illegal target when Bioshift tries to resolve, or if the creatures are controlled by different players at that time, no counters will move.

To move a counter from one creature to another, the counter is removed from the first creature and placed on the second. Any abilities that care about a counter being removed or placed on a creature will apply.
