This card could be beneficial in a deck focused on drawing and discarding cards, such as a blue control deck or a combo deck that relies on card advantage. However, the requirement for the defending player to have been wearing glasses when it was cast may limit its effectiveness in certain matchups. There may be better options for card draw and discard effects, such as Augur of Bolas or Chart a Course, which do not have such specific conditions for activation. Overall, while Blurry Beeble has a unique and fun concept, its situational nature may make it less competitive and less likely to see play in more optimized decks.
