A deck focused on +1/+1 counters or other counter-based strategies would benefit from including Bold Plagiarist, as it can quickly grow in power by copying counters placed on opponent's creatures. However, a more competitive option might be Corpsejack Menace, which doubles all counters placed on creatures you control. Bold Plagiarist could see play in casual or themed decks, but in more competitive settings, other cards may offer more impactful effects.
